Orders
Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there are any errors in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].
Delivery
We ship units once the pre-payment has been processed. Our delivery times is depends on the product.
If delays occur (without prior notification of an extended delivery time), you should contact us via email: [email protected].
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in EUR.
We reserve the right to make price adjustments due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or incorrect prices caused by errors in information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the goods you ordered.
Exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. This notice should be sent to [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the items you wish to return.
You should immediately, and no later than within the statutory 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, return the products to us.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. The products should, therefore, be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct a sum equivalent to the product’s depreciation in value due to use or damage from the refund amount.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products in the nature of sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or with a clear personal touch based on your preferences.
- Services that have been fully performed and where you explicitly consented to starting the service without the right of withdrawal.
- Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
Complaints and Claims:
We inspect all products before shipping them to you. Should the product be damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we commit to rectifying the error free of charge under applicable consumer protection laws.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints must be made immediately after the defect is discovered.
How to make a complaint:
Any faults or defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we are unable to rectify the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it is found that the product is not defective under applicable consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may result from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or absent delivery from the supplier.
Additionally, we accept no responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the supplier or other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color discrepancy may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
